1812's Crabmeat Souffle

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Back Fin Crabmeat
  • 3 -4 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese Packages
  • 4 Small Jars Hearts of Artichokes
  • 2 Lemons (Juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dill (Powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary (Powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients by hand.
  2. Grease large casserole dish and spoon in mix
  3. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees until "bubbely hot"
  4. May garnish with Sharp Grated Cheddar or Parmesan Cheese.
