1 cup Mayonnaise

1 tablespoons Juice from roasted peppers

3 each Green onions, chopped in food processor

1/2 large Roasted red pepper
Step 1:
Place ingredients in food processor and blend lightly. Chill before serving with crackers or as a spread on sandwich bread.
