Lazy Cloud Apple Crisp: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:30 minutes
Ingredients:
Peeled, cored, sliced apples to fill an 8x8 pan

2 tsp cinnamon

1 stick of soft butter

3/4 cups flour

1 cup brown sugar
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees - grease 8x8(microwave pan) and fill to heaping with apples
Step 2:
Microwave apples 5 minutes, drain excess juice
Step 3:
Stir in cinnamon
Step 4:
With pastry cutter, mix butter, flour, and brown sugar and sprinkle on top of apples. Bake 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Can be served warm or cold.
