Blueberry stuffed French Toast

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 6 bagels
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease baking dish
  2. Break up bagels and place in baking dish.
  3. Beat eggs and add milk.
  4. Sprikle blueberries over bagel layer, then cut cream cheese into thin slices and layer on top of the blueberries.
  5. Pour egg and milk mixture on top. Bake covered with aluminum foil for half hour, then remove foil for remaining half hour. Serve with syrup or blueberry topping.
