Sausage, Egg Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 9 eggs
  • 1 lb bulk sausage
  • 1 1/2 cups cheese
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 teaspoon salt & pepper

  1. Brown sausage, drain. Beat eggs with milk, shredded cheese, bread cubes, salt, and pepper. Then add sausage and pour in 13 x 9 greased pan.
  2. Cover & refrigerate overnight.
  3. Uncover in morning and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean. Cut into 8 squares. Great served with biscuits.
