Chess Cake: Dessert

Prep time:1 1/4 Hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 Box Yellow Butter Cake Mix

  • 1 Stick Margarine, Melted and Cooled

  • 2 Eggs, Beaten

  • 8 oz Package of Cream Cheese

  • 1 Stick Margarine, Softened

  • 2 Eggs, Beaten

  • 1 Small Box Powdered Sugar (3 3/4 Cups)

Step 1:

First Layer: Mix first 3 ingredients on high with electric mixer til creamed will. Spread in 13X9 glass baking dish.

Step 2:

Second Layer: Mix Cream Cheese and Margarine on high til creamed. Then add eggs and Powdered Sugar. Pour over first mixture.

Step 3:

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
