Ingredients

  • 1 cup ROASTED RED PEPPER
  • 1 cup DRY WHITE WINE
  • 2 cups LOW SODIUM CHICKEN BROTH OR CHICKEN STOCK
  • 1 cup HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
  • 1 teaspoon SALT
  • GROUND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 3 tablespoons BUTTER

  1. IN A MEDIUM SAUCE PAN ADD PEPPERS AND WHITE WINE AND REDUCE UNTIL ALMOST DRY OR BY 1/5 ORIGINAL AMOUNT.
  2. ADD CHICKEN BROTH OR STOCK AND REDUCE TO ¼ ORGINAL AMOUNT.
  3. ADD CREAM AND REDUCE UNTIL THICK AND NAPPE.
  4. PLACE SAUCE IN A BLENDER ADD SALT, PEPPER AND BUTTER BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. KEEP WARM AND SERVE
