Roasted Red Bell Pepper Dip: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup Sour cream

  • 1/2 jar Roasted peppers (pat off the moisture)

  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil

  • 4 Cloves garlic, minced

Step 1:

In a food processor blend all ingredients until smooth. Do not over blend or your dip will be runny. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
