Chocolate Zucchini Cake: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:
1/2 cup soft Margarine

1/2 cup corn oil

1 3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs
-
1 teaspoon vanilla
-
1/2 cup milk
-
2 1/2 cups flour
-
3 tablespoons baking soda
-
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-
1 teaspoon soda
-
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-
1/2 teaspoon cloves
-
2 cups zucchini, finely grated

1 bag chocolate chips
Step 1:
Cream margarine, oil, and sugar in mixing bowl.
Step 2:
Add eggs, vanilla, and milk; beat.
Step 3:
Mix in dry ingredients and beat only enough to mix in thoroughly.
Step 4:
Stir in zucchini.
Step 5:
Pour into 9X12 greased cake pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top of cake. Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes.
