1 separated egg

2 TB cinnamon

Cup finely chopped pecans
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 325 Grease 15 x 10 pan
Step 2:
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy - Beat in egg yolk Beat in cinnamon and flour
Step 3:
Spread dough evenly on pan Beat egg white and brush over dough Sprinkle dough with pecans
Step 4:
Bake 25 minutes until golden Cut while still warm
