Sara's Breakfast Casserole: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:
8 Eggs

6 Slices of Bread

2 cups Milk
-
1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
-
1 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage w/sage

1 teaspoon Salt
-
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
Step 1:
Cook sausage in pan and drain. Its best to chop the meat with spatula as it cooks.
Step 2:
Mix in bowl Eggs, Milk, Cheese, Salt, mustard and cooked sausage
Step 3:
Spray 9" x 12" pan with Pam.
Step 4:
Cover bottom of pan with bread slices and pour mixture over. Cover and refrigerate overnite or cook immediately if desired.
Step 5:
Bake @ 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes depending on oven. Serve warm. Best served with fruit and croissants.
