Grandison Signature Salsa and Eggs: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 Eggs

  • 1 or 2 tablespoon Mild Salsa

  • 1/4 cup Diced Ham

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. For each egg use a large ramekin.

Step 2:

Coat the ramekin dish thoroughly with cooking spray. Line the bottom of the dish with diced ham.

Step 3:

Spoon the salsa on top of the ham. Break open the eggs over the salsa. Do not stir the mixture together.

Step 4:

Bake in the oven for the 20-30 minutes or until the white of the eggs is beginning to set. Watch closely after 20 minutes. Layer the grated cheese over the egg dish.

Step 5:

Return the dish to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and a light golden brown on some places.
