Almond Butter Baked Peaches

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 peaches, nectarines or 6 apricots

  1. Split and core the fruit and place face up in a greased square baking dish.
  2. In a food processor pulse the almonds and brown sugar until the almonds are finely chopped. Add the softened butter and pulse to combine. Spoon a teaspoon or so of the almond butter inside the halved, cored fruit.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
