Crab Artichoke Quiche: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 2 1/2 cups Half-and-Half

  • 8 Eggs

  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

  • 8 ounce can Crabmeat

  • 8 oz Artichoke hearts, drained, chopped

  • 3 cups Pepper Jack Cheese

Step 1:

In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the sour cream and the salt. Add the half-and-half, eggs and pepper. Add crabmeat, artichokes and cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until puffed and browned.
