Summer Baby Green Salad with Buttermilk Honey dressing: Salad

Ingredients:

  • Baby green mixture

  • Goat cheese in bite size pieces

  • Toasted walnuts

  • Sliced Granny Smith apples

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup buttermilk

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 minced scallion

  • 1 pinch ground red pepper

  • salt

  • ground black pepper

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Step 1:

Mix Baby Greens, Goat cheese, walnuts and apples for salad.

Step 2:

For dressing: Mix with wisk while adding olive oil.

Step 3:

Pour dressing on salad to taste.
