Cinnamon Cream Syrup: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1:

In medium-size sauce pan, combine the brown sugar, light corn syrup, and water. Bring to a boil, stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in evaported milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Serve with waffles or pancakes.
