Easy Wild Rice Quiche: Breakfast-Brunch

Servings: 8

Prep time:15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked wild rice

  • 6 beaten eggs

  • 1 can Mushroom soup (not dulited)

  • 1 cup Real bacon bits

  • 1 3/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/8 cup Onion

  • dash to taste salt and pepper or other seasoning

Step 1:

Beat eggs, add soup, rice, cheese, onion, bacon bits, seasoning and mix together.

Step 2:

Pour into quiche dish or 9-10 pie plate sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes or untill a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Can be prepared the night before and baked the next morning. Can also be Veg. by leaving out the bacon. It is so easy and very good!! Enjoy
