Cheesy Potatoes: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns

  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup

  • 8 oz Sour cream

  • 8 oz Finely shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/3 cup Onion flakes

  • Pepper and salt to taste

  • 1 cup Crispix cereal (crushed)

Step 1:

Mix all ingreedients except cereal together

Step 2:

Put into a 9x13 pan (greased)

Step 3:

Top with Crispix cereal and bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour
