Black Russian Cake: Dessert

Ingredients:
1 package Devils Food Cake mix

1 package Instant Chocolate Pudding
-
4 Eggs, well beaten
-
1 1/4 cup Cold, extra strong Coffee
-
1/2 cup Amaretto
-
1/2 cup Creme de Cacao
-
1/2 cup Oil
-
-
1 stick Butter, room temperature
-
8 oz package Cream Cheese, room temperature

1 cup Sugar
Step 1:
Beat first 7 ingredients until well mixed (2-3 minutes). Pour evenly in two 9" cake pans that have been coated with cooking spray. Bake in 350º preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
Step 2:
Cool cake.
Step 3:
Beat the butter, cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
Step 4:
Frost cake and store in refrigerator.
