Shrimp Egg Drop Soup

  • quart chicken broth
  • 12 frozen peeled shrimp
  • tsp soy sauce
  • tsp sesame oil
  • lg egg, beaten with 1 T water
  • 2 green onion tops/chopped

  1. Boil chicken broth.
  2. Add shrimp until it turns pink. Take out of broth with slotted spoon.
  3. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Take off heat.
  4. Pour in beaten egg. Wait 2 minutes and stir.
  5. Serve with shrimp and green onions.
