Baked Oatmeal: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Quick Cooking Oats

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar

  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

  • 2 Eggs, Beaten

Step 1:

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into a greased 9” square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serve warm with milk. Yield: 6-8 servings.
