Ingredients

  • 1 Slices of Ham
  • 1 Swiss Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Whipping Cream
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • Paprika
  • Chopped Parsley

  1. Ramekins Cups Bake 450 degrees
  2. Place a slice of ham or Canadian Bacon in the Ramekin dish coming up sides Place one slice of Swiss Cheese ( or other cheese) Crack Two eggs Pour whipping cream on top Just enough to cover eggs Bake for 10 minutes
  3. Take out of oven Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over the top Sprinkle Paprika on top Bake for 10 minutes
  4. Let sit for 10 minutes before taking out of ramekins
