Mix together dry ingredients. Make a "well" in the dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients (except bananas) and mix well.
Fold in mashed bananas.
Heat griddle to 350 degrees. Spray griddle and drop 1/4 cup of the batter on hot griddle. Cook until bubbles form then flip to cook other side.
Serve with warm maple syrup.
This is a great basic buttermilk pancake recipe. Just leave out the bananas and replace with your favorite addition - blue berries, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or chopped apples - for a great breakfast pancake!
