Eggs with Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 slice Canadian Bacon
  • 1 tablespoon Your favorite salsa
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a ramkin with non-stick spray or food release.
  2. Place a slice of Canadian bacon in the ramkin. Add the salsa on top of the Canadian bacon. Break an egg onto the salsa. Add cheddar cheese on top.
  3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with corn muffins or home made bread. Serves one light eater. Best to make 2 for most people!
