Not Your Granny's Oatmeal: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 3 cups quick oats

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries

Step 1:

Put all dry ingredients into a bowl.

Step 2:

Make a well in the center, and add remaining ingredients.

Step 3:

Blend well

Step 4:

Pour into a greased 9" X 13" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with milk and fresh or frozen fruit.
