Banana crumble

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup whole oats
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 oz butter

  1. Slice bananas in half lengthwise and place in a baking dish.
  2. Pour orange juice over bananas to cover.
  3. Combine dry ingredients. With a pastry knife, cut butter into dry ingredients and mix. Crumble should be the size of small peas.
  4. Sprinkle topping over bananas and bake at 350 for a half hour.
