Banana crumble: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 bananas

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup whole oats

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 4 oz butter

Step 1:

Slice bananas in half lengthwise and place in a baking dish.

Step 2:

Pour orange juice over bananas to cover.

Step 3:

Combine dry ingredients. With a pastry knife, cut butter into dry ingredients and mix. Crumble should be the size of small peas.

Step 4:

Sprinkle topping over bananas and bake at 350 for a half hour.
