Baked Pineapple: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:1 Hour

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Water

  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla

  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 Spray one quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2:

Mix cornstarch and water togeter in large bowl.Beat in eggs sugar and vanilla, stir in pineapple

Step 3:

Pour contents into baking dish and top with a couple of pats of butter and spinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Step 4:

Bake for approximently one hour and serve.
