Serendipity Apple Crisp: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Apples

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamin

  • 1/2 cup Flour

  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar

  • 3/4 cup Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine

Step 1:

Peel, core and slice apples. Place in 9 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle apples with cinnamin.

Step 2:

Combine flour, brown sugar and oatmeal. Cut butter into tablespoons then cut into flour mixture. Combine until mixture becomes crumbs. Sprinkle over apples.

Step 3:

Bake at 375 for 40 - 45 minutes or until apples are soft. Let apple crisp cool a bit before serving. Can be served either warm or cold.
