Combine dry ingredients with a whisk. Beat eggs until light and fluffy, then add buttermilk and milk. Combine wet & dry ingredients. Mix in melted butter and let sit for 5 minutes. Pour 3 - 4 inch cakes onto a medium heated griddle; cook for 2-3 minutes and flip over; continue to cook until golden brown - another 2-3 minutes.
