  • Large Eggs
  • salt
  • Baking Soda
  • White Flour
  • Sugar
  • Sour Cream
  • Nutmeg

  1. Combine wet ingredients in one bowl and sift dry together in another. Lightly mix dry ingredients into wet. Let sit for 2 to 3 minutes, then pour on a hot griddle or heavy weight frying pan in 3-4 inch circles. Flip pancake when bubbles appear on the top and edges appear cooked. Serve with maple syrup, or your favorite jam. Enjoy!
