Maple Pecan Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 container of oats
  • pecans
  • whole wheat flour
  • butter
  • maple syrup
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 lb. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt

  1. Mix wet ingredients, adding vanilla once other ingredients come to a boil. Add oats, pecans and flour, mixing thoroughly. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 300 for 1 hour. Allow to cool before serving. You can reduce recipe to make smaller amounts. Try granola either with milk or in your favorite hot cereal...Mmmmm!
