LIGHT, FLUFFY, AND SIMPLE BREAKFAST SCONES

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Fresh Fruit as desired

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and melted butter together.
  2. Then add eggs and milk.
  3. Add fresh fruit as desired.
  4. Mix well. Drop on greased sheet tray.
  5. Sprinkle top with sugar. Bake at 375 degree oven until just lightly golden.
