BAKED EGGS IN MAPLE TOAST CUPS

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 8 slices White Bread (Crusts Removed)
  • 8 Eggs

  1. Combine syrup, butter in saucepan; heat until butter is melted.
  2. Press out the bread with rolling pin.
  3. Brush each slice with syrup mixture and press down into greased muffin cups.
  4. Break an egg in each cup and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  5. Bake 400 for 15 minutes.
