ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 9 cups Shredded Zucchini 3-4 lbs
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Chopped Garlic Clove
  • 10 Eggs
  • 2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Oil
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • Pepper

  1. Mix all ingredients together (Bisquick last).
  2. Oil pan and dust with flour.
  3. Bake in 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
  4. For creative additions, use cheddar cheese and add spices of choice.
