View from one of several balconies totaling over 2000 square feet, on 2 levels. This view is looking towards the pacific ocean. The building is over 1300 feet above sea level with unobstructed views in every direction.This view of the pool is looking towards the Master Bedroom Lania complex showing part of the roof deck above and the poolside dinning patio below.
Breakfast is served! View of the main dinning table showing the downstairs fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen in the background. The kitchen has 2 cooktops (8 burners), 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and even 2 sinks! The main sink has 2 separate, independently controlled faucets and 3 basins.Master bedroom, Looking out towards the entrance to the Master Lanai with the Fireplace in the background. The master lanai is furnished with beautiful recliners so that you can relax over the pool looking towards the Pacific Ocean.
Downstairs Tea Room with its own private entrance can accommodate one person in its tempur-pedic twin bed. In addition, 2 people can sleep in the adjacent family room with its one of a kind Queen sofa recliner. This is not your average sinking sofa bed, it is simply amazing, see sofareclinerco for more details.View of the "cloud" covered curved oval ceiling of the upstairs Media Room which also doubles as the second family room. This area is furnished with the most comfortable recliners from the Sofa Recliner company and has a Bose surround sound system centered around the falt screen TV. You have to see at least one movie while you are here.
The suite bathroom has a beautiful freestanding tub and shower and is situated between the 2 suite rooms. Both rooms of the suite have private entrances from balconies with incredible views. There is a Queen bed in the main suite room and a Twin bed in the second room.This upstairs private bath has a shower with 2 body wash sprays in addition to the main shower head. This bedroom has a private entrance from its outside balcony with incredible views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
The guesthouse is an additional unit located on the same property. It is a one bedroom, one bathroom building with its own ocean view balcony. The guesthouse bedroom has a queen bed and the living room sofa converts to a queen bed, together accommodating up to 4 people. There is ample space to place mattresses on the floor (provided by us with prior arrangement) if the guests are not couples and wish to have separate bedding. While staying at the guesthouse, you have the privacy of your own quarters yet have access to all the amenities of the house, including the pool and the spa.
