In the center of a tourist oriented town, minutes from one of Vermont’s most successful ski resorts, this 16-guest, Colonial Bed and Breakfast, enjoys being right on the Green. The private owner’s quarters has a number of separate accesses and is unusually large. It has a main room with 10-foot ceilings and wood fireplace, a separate, private kitchen from the prep area of the inn, a master suite with spacious sitting room, a second bedroom, a bathroom on each floor and an office where an innkeeper can see all the way to the front entrance for visitors or guests arriving. There's also a large, 1,800 square-foot, 2-story barn which serves as a 2-car garage and storage and a large woodshed/workshop.
All furniture, fixtures and appliances needed for the business are included as are full training, signage, the name, website, phone including a toll-free number, promotional materials and a non-competition agreement.
