The original owner surprised his wife with a large heart-shaped rock which he installed in the fireplace in the Living Room. This property was originally the Dickison Ranch, a Sedona landmark.
Artist's Studio/Gallery is Dee's abode, where she creates incredible jewelry and paintings. This is a large two room space, with 544 sq.ft. for display and work area. There are abundant vistas from every part of the property! The Victorian Suite is lovely, with an warm and inviting room with cosy fireplace, a vintage bathroom, and a deck to sit and enjoy your coffee along with the surpurb views and sunsets!
The Owner's home has a wrap around porches that allow privacy of space and provide a wonderful riparian area that attracts all types of wildlife. You can sit here, and simply enjoy or have friends over for a barbeque!
