The Wyandotte Lodge is perched on a scenic overlook, atop the banks of the famed AuSable River mainstream at McMasters Bridge. If romantic country charm, a relaxing atmosphere and outstanding hospitality are what you look for in a rustic resort, then our comfortable surroundings and wooded paradise may be just the place you’ve been seeking to escape and unwind! Family, friends or corporate retreats will find our forested hideaway a welcome sanctuary.
The Lodge includes, eight spacious bedrooms from a king suite with full bath sleeping rooms with two double beds, two twins and one queen. A full commercial kitchen remodeled with the baths in 2007 can serve up to 30 guests in our spacious dining room. Amenities include 1100 sq. ft. of covered riverside deck, six person hot tub spa, group bonfire pit, adjacent to public boat/canoe launch facilities.
The six rustic cabins are self contained with kitchen, baths and screen porches looking onto the AuSable River. Each is about 600 square feet with new heating/cooling systems, roofs, and underground plumbing and electrical. Each cabin has a full size sofa sleeper and full size bed in a single bedroom or open living area plan.
The Lodge also offers canoe/kayak rentals, full hunting and fishing guide services and outfitting to foreign hunting and fishing destinations. Other outdoor activities include hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling and ATV trails nearby.
