The Saragossa Inn $1,299,900

The Saragossa Inn is a unique Bed and Breakfast. There are four Guest rooms and two Guest suites. There are two King Rooms, two Queen Rooms, one King Suite and one Queen Suite. The King Suite holds a King canopied bed in one room and a twin in the other room. The Queen Suite holds a Queen sized canopied bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. All rooms and suites are located on the first floor. (Guest will love that they do not have to carry luggage up a long flight of stairs.) All rooms and suites have a private entrance from an outside porch or deck. All have private En-suite bathrooms. All have wet-bars with small refrigerators and microwaves!

The Inn is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of privately owned homes and is on a picturesque tree-lined street. Guests can park their cars at the Inn and walk to all the main attractions in the surrounding Historic District. Great dining and shopping are just a few steps away. There is direct access to US Route 1, so you and your guests can come and go from the neighborhood without sitting in Historic District traffic.

Parking is at a premium in St Augustine but the Saragossa Inn has its own private, on-site parking lot that easily holds two owner vehicles as well as six or seven guest cars. Three laundry facilities are on-site and located on the front and backside of the inn. In addition the upstairs Owner’s Quarters has its own washer/dryer. All machines are full size, front loading and High-Efficiency. The quaint restaurant-style dining room is also located on the second floor and has an English Tearoom atmosphere.
