The Meranova Guest Inn is a turn of the Century 2 story Victorian Saltbox, Carriage house, and newly built Cottage located in the heart of the charming village of Dunedin, 5 blocks from St. Josephs Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Fully renovated from 1998 to 2004, each distinctively different suite offers a private entrance, most with porch or balcony, private bath, and kitchenette (to full kitchen). The main house has 1 room, and 6 suites. The Cottage which stands alone is 500 sq. ft and handicapped accessible. The 2 story Carriage House behind the heated pool includes a spacious apt. upstairs for the Innkeepers and a restaurant licensed commercial kitchen on the first floor overlooking the pool and orchid garden. This kitchen enables the Inn to serve hot gourmet breakfasts to our guests "room service style" and could be utilized for catering or serving lunch or dinner as well. The Inn sits on 13,940 sq. ft. of lush mature gardens with gazebo and several sitting areas and offers 9 parking spaces for Innkeeper and guests. 3 of our larger units with full kitchens are rented monthly in high season to guests that have been returning for more than 8 years.
