Rock Cottage Gardens $725,000

Rock Cottage Gardens had its beginnings in the 1930s as one of Eureka's first motor courts. Extensive renovations were made in 1992, transforming the five cottages into the elegant and inviting spaces that they are today. (Additional updates have been performed regularly and new roofs were put on in 2007.) The rough-hewn rock exteriors are still here, creating a quaint and unique setting unlike anything else in Eureka Springs.
