Bluff House Inn $550,000

The Bluff House Inn has had a rich tradition of offering guests great Alaskan style hospitality here in Ninilchik. Ninilchik is centrally located on the peninsula, so people who stay here are not very far away from everything they wish to see when they visit. We sit on the bluff overlooking Cook Inlet and we view Mt. Redoubt accross the water and the mouth of Deep Creek which is famous for its salmon fishing. The Inn has been operating for more than 25 years, with repeated guests, some who come year after year. The Inn was bought by us in 2007, and it went under a complete remodel with new floors, carpet, bathrooms, painting, furniture etc. We have 6 rooms and can hold up to twelve people. Our season is primarily the summer time and goes in line with the fishing charter industry here. Prior owners had snow machine tours in the winter and occasionally there is lodging required by oil and gas companies. Ninilchik itself does not have very many lodging opportunities so we are a very popular place to stay.
