Opened in September 2007/Closed in September 2009 after husband returned from service in Afghanistan. Injuries would not allow us to continue business operations.

We are open to options, including purchase as a residence at a lower price. We have a full inventory of all of the items which would come with the business including furnishings, appliances, linens, etc. and the existing web page and customer lists. The difference in pricing between business and residential is the inventory items. We chose to go the "FSBO" route so we could be more flexible in negotiating pricing for potential buyers. We are in Lincoln County and nearby comparison properties would be located in Waldport (South), Newport (North), & Depoe Bay (North).

All financials have been prepared and are available upon request including rooms sold, occupancy rates, average daily rates, profit and loss. Please note that since we have not been operating since 2011, these rates have a larger potential at today's prices.
