Since 2009, all guest rooms have new carpet, beds, a/c, flatscreens, refrigerators and many other furniture upgrades. All inventory and fixtures are included except those in the owners appartment
Repeat business is strong with referals from local businesses and downtown visitors center. The Inn’s niche position allows some level of insulation if economy slows and still plenty upside in a healthy economy.
