This inn sale will include the US Presidential Culinary Museum and all relationships, brokers, sales agents and friendships, rolodex and includes a full wine tasting of nine wines for each guest and vineyard tour. This is one of the excellent features we offer each and every guest that stays with us, a full one hour tour of the Presidential Culinary Museum and sweet treat in room, upon arrival.

A large escrow fund will be turned over at closing for bookings into next year and weddings next year. All business plans are available for review, forensic investigation of P&L, proforma and balance sheets. If you have been looking for a ready made, turn key famed venue to be on TV cooking and owning your own inn, this is the once in a lifetime opportunity you never thought you would see - but always realized you were worth!

Private cooking booklet given to all of our Culinary Institute students will now feature your photo with our other chefs on the front cover, since you will now be in charge as the new owners. Our local printer will work with you after private introductions and all design is complimentary including addition of any of your recipes with the White House recipes.

Two gift shops included and all inventory provided (currently at 124% increased sales year over year analysis on P&L), the Nature and Earth Spa (done onsite and in each room for privacy of the guests with therapists - leading therapist is Deborah Trivett), 13 foot long x 4 foot wide custom designed dining room table, brand new furniture showcased with numerous antiques throughout the entire mansion, entire Presidential Culinary Museum (located onsite) with artifacts included including several private gifts from the Presidents of the United States of America and other archival, antique and precious museum collections of the First Ladies china, hand signed letters, Christmas cards and other items personally given by the Presidents, Kings and Queens to Chefs Marti and Stormy.

Since opening day of living in this mansion we have never paid the utilities, mortgage or payroll to have and lead a full team of chefs and team. The world public pays for that and your salary also.

New fixtures and all new bathrooms and showers added (4.5 total and next year two more full sized bathrooms are scheduled bringing the total to 6.5). Brand new cypher locks installed mansion-wide. Excellent landscaping, advertising, website, signed and numbered artwork from Don Troiani, Paula Deen customized furniture, custom full color brochures, postcards, prints +++ listed on over 1,000 other websites worldwide, Google, Yelp, Bing, Yahoo, Yext, yellow pages platinum listed and abnormal market share with irregularly high market take.

a. The purchase offer of the home next door that we have presently would allow for a full farmland area, pergola, pool and jacuzzi, three more rooms, two suites and old-time converted garage (executive suite) to be added in advancing our present total of 5 rooms for rent to 10 and from 4.5 bathrooms to 9.

b. Our own private three bay garage out back is currently slated to add a multi-purpose wedding, crafts and conference room but could be made into a large condominium.

c. The Back Country Militia Cabin out back can be opened up as an expanded, full service cabin as well. Currently it is used by Revolutionary War Officers in charge of visiting units firing cannons and drilling (the cabin is essentially a 6th, private room to what we have right now).

d. The former White House Chef Marti Mongiello is willing to continue to associate his name and face with the inn to promote it and contribute towards your successful interpretation and running of the US Presidential Culinary Museum. This would help in name brand association and repeat visits with Presidential themed dinners cooked by him once or twice a year.

The Presidential Culinary Museum located inside of The Inn of the Patriots.
We have received so many letters and thank you cards about the rockers on the front porch we would never dare get rid of them! The impressive 1000 pound mirror hanging in the front hallway never ceases to amaze!
The Colonel Cleaveland Room has back massage and foot massage machines like all of the rooms do as well as CD, DVD, stereo AM/FM, flat screen, 30 Gbps free wi-fi and 400+ TV channels on DirectTV. Our Nature and Earth Room featuring glowing igneous rocks, the burning bush light, trees inside the room, natural original artwork by Chef Marti and designer bedspread with slate rock dining table.
The Oceanicus Blue Dreams Room is loaded with hand tooled weaponry, swords, daggers and knives and is also featuring sailings ships, boats, brass hardware and a confederate war bond hidden inside the wall of the closet. We have been surprised at how many guests enjoy the uniforms and hats from the Civil War Navy! The dining room features the china of the first families and presidents as well as other unique artifacts and gifts given to Chef Marti and Chef Stormy. This is part of dining inside of the museum surrounded by the fantastic stories and lore of Americas most powerful family.
We offer a specific, successful breakfast each day daily that is typed up on standardized, HR formula systems that we developed and adhere to. These typed and scheduled systems allow even the most basic 8.00 per hour team member to be a success and come up to a high level of performance quickly. Enjoy going to wineries? Look no further than our region which grew by 10.65% population during the economic holocaust.
Our state is going to double its population by the year 2030 so wine and the wine business is exploding! Guests often want to get their photo with our team since the whole staff dresses in either chefs coats or colonial dress. This creates massive exposure on assorted websites around the world when guests are posting pictures of themselves at your inn.
The 1776 farm has brought us a lot of joy in its look with the Back Country Militia Cabin and the whole land including a Tomahawk Throwing Range, Knife Throwing, and Cherokee blowgun area. We also have two colonial tents, an old time still and a Cherokee home in the farm area. The Baby Ruth Room is painted in National Historic Trust Preservation turqoise and Woodrow Wilson creme. It is a private bathroom like a total of three of our rooms are. It comes with a Baby Ruth candy bar each upon check--in placed on the sleigh bed nightstand. Folks just love this new room and the stairs leading up to it!
While the front porch gets a lot of attention with rockers, the back - outdoor living room is a high point of fires nightly by the waterfall! At times, a dozen guests are around the fire who have never met each other. A 24 karat gold charger behind images of President Grover Cleveland and First Lady Frances Folsom Cleveland showcases part of the story on how our town came to be named after the President!
