The 5 guest rooms are beautifully decorated with en suite baths and modern conveniences without losing the charm and character of the home. The house underwent a major renovation in 2006/07; updating electrical, plumbing, windows and roof. All floors are fully sprinklered for safety, the piping having been painted or wallpapered to blend into the surrounding décor. The large wrap around porch offers a peaceful respite for guests to enjoy. The property has a large paved parking lot allowing space for 15 cars and/or trailors.

All guest rooms are located on the 2nd floor along with a common room that has a refrigerator/freezer and microwave, guest computer, library and DVD collection. The guest rooms feature flat screen TVs with DVD players, coffee makers, hair dryers, airconditioners and color co-ordinated sheets, towels and quilts.

The inn is licensed as an in-house catering business which is 20% of the current gross income. This business could be expanded with the right motivation. The existing catering guests enjoy the cozy atmosphere of dining in a home and spending time with local friends.

The well-appointed kitchen is approved for commercial use having a 3 bay sanitizing sink and separate hand sink. Appliances included in the sale are: gas stove, microwave, separate refrigerator and standing freezer, and 2 dishwashers with sanitizing cycle located in the kitchen. There is also an electric stove, fridge, upright freezer, ice machine, 2 washers and 2 dryers located in the basement. Also included in the sale are airconditioners for the rooms on the first floor and a portable airconditioner vented to the outside in the owners' quarters.

The owners' quarters, located on the 3rd floor, is 1500 square feet (MOL). The bedroom portion of the room has a walk-in closet and a storage closet. There is a large bathroom with double headed walk-in shower, 2 pedestal sinks and window seat. There is also an owners' office on the first floor, separate from the common areas.
