For maximum exposure in highly competitive destinations, an Inn of the Month ad provides the marketing edge that can really make a difference. Because the auction is monthly, you can use it when you need the extra attention being the Inn of the Month provides, and lose it when the pressure is off.
How it works:
- You must be a member of BedandBreakfast.com to participate.
- Only one Inn of the Month will be allowed per city.
- All properties that are listed in a specific city will be eligible to bid on and become the Inn of the Month.
- The top spot in each city will be auctioned every month. Winners will have their properties highlighted as the Inn of the Month for the entire following month.
- All bidding is done online; bidding for any given month will close at 12 noon Mountain Time on the last calendar day of the previous month. As long as the bid is raised within 2 minutes of the close of the Auction by the minimum increment, the bidding will still be live until a bid is accepted and not raised within the next 2 minutes, at which time the auction will be closed and there will be a winner.

You decide what being the Inn of the Month is worth to you, and then place your bid for that amount. If you have the winning bid, you'll be notified at 12:01 p.m. Mountain Time on the last day of the month, and you'll see your top placement starting at 12:01 a.m. on the first day of the next month.
