Featured Property Auctions, How it Works
Featured Property advertising is sold on an auction basis. The minimum bid for a single page impression is only $.01. If there are no other bidders, your $25 buys 2500 page impressions, placed whenever and wherever you want them.
The high bidder is always the only Featured Property on a page, and will not rotate with other properties.
Innkeepers alone will decide the cost of Featured Property ads based on demand for particular placements.
Your featured property campaign will continue until you:
- Stop the ad (can be restarted at any time)
- Deplete the funds in your Featured Property Account
- Are outbid by another innkeeper placing a higher bid for that same page
To help maintain your Featured Property presence, we will notify you via email when your account falls below $10, and/or when you are outbid by another innkeeper.
You may view all of your Featured Property information including your account balance, statistics and bids at any time by logging in with your user ID and password.
